Referral Partner Agreement

This Referral Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Residual Income Academy ("Company") and the Referral Partner ("Referral Partner"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Purpose:The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Referral Partner will promote [Company's Products/Services] and receive commissions for resulting sales.

2. Enrollment in Referral Partner Program:To begin the enrollment process, Referral Partner must complete and submit the Referral Partner application. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Promotional Activities:Referral Partner agrees to use their best efforts to promote [Company's Products/Services] in a manner consistent with the Company's guidelines and policies. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of promotional links, banners, and marketing material provided by the Company.

4. Commissions:Referral Partner will receive a commission for each sale of [Company's Products/Services] made to customers who have clicked on the Referral Partner's unique referral link. The commission rate is 20% of the initial program payment, subject to change by the Company upon 15 days notice.

5. Payment Terms:Commissions are reconciled and paid monthly. The minimum payout threshold is $200 USD. Payments will be made via PayPal within 60 days after the end of the month in which the sale took place.

6. Term and Termination:This Agreement shall commence upon submission of the Referral Partner's application and continue until terminated by either Party. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other Party written notice of termination.

7. Confidentiality:The Referral Partner shall maintain the confidentiality of the Company's proprietary information and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.

8. Representations and Warranties:Referral Partner represents and warrants that they will conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Company and its products/services.

9. Indemnification:Referral Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or expenses arising from or related to their promotional activities.

10. Modification:The Company may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the commission schedule, payment procedures, and Referral Partner Program rules.

11. Governing Law:This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona, USA.
